Delivery time
<\/strong>Once you have placed an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The ordered goods will be sent within five working days after receipt of orders paid by credit card. Reservations are made for discontinued items.<\/p>\n

Shipping in Denmark and Europe <\/strong><\/p>\n

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. When shipping to other European countries, a shipping fee of DKK 220, - regardless of weight, is calculated.<\/p>\n

Shipping outside Europe<\/strong>
Orders for shipping to countries outside the EU, the Nordic countries, and Switzerland (as well as to Greenland and the Faroe Islands) are sent via email to info@chalkcph.com. Shipping costs for shipping to countries outside Europe are high relative to the price of the items. The costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated before shipment.<\/p>\n

VAT<\/strong>
All prices in the webshop include 25% VAT. Customers outside the EU can contact their local customs office and get the Danish VAT refunded. Companies with a CVR number can deduct VAT.<\/p>\n

The right of return and exchange<\/strong>
Alle varer kan returneres indenfor 14 dage efter modtagelse. Varen skal v\u00e6re intakt og skal returneres i originalemballage, vedlagt kopi af ordrebekr\u00e6ftelsen. Chalk Copenhagen ApS vil inden for 14 dage tilbagebetale varens pris. Portoomkostninger ved returnering p\u00e5hviler k\u00f8beren. Bel\u00f8bet vil blive overf\u00f8rt direkte til din bankkonto, s\u00e5 du bedes angive dit registrerings- og kontonummer p\u00e5 kopien af ordrebekr\u00e6ftelsen. Hvis du \u00f8nsker at bytte fx til en anden st\u00f8rrelse, kan varen returneres med kopi af ordrebekr\u00e6ftelsen og angivelse af bytte\u00f8nsket. Returvarer sendes til: Chalk Copenhagen ApS, Skovr\u00e6kken 26, 4600 K\u00f8ge, Danmark, mrk. retur. Porto i forbindelse med ombytning af varer p\u00e5hviler k\u00f8beren.<\/p>\n

Complaint<\/strong>
Hvis der ved modtagelse af varen konstateres fejl og skader, skal du kontakte Chalk Copenhagen ApS indenfor 8 dage efter modtagelse. Send en mail med angivelse af ordrenummer til Info@chalkcph.com<\/a>, \u00a0s\u00e5 vil vi sende en pakkelabel, s\u00e5 du undg\u00e5r at skulle betale porto. Erstatningsvaren vil blive afsendt, straks efter at vi har modtaget den returnerede vare. Man har som forbruger ret til at reklamere i op til 2 \u00e5r efter et k\u00f8b, hvis der konstateres produktionsfejl ved varen. Efter 6 m\u00e5neder er det dog kunden, der skal bevise, at der er tale om en produktionsfejl.<\/p>\n
