Chalk Copenhagen

At Chalk Copenhagen we produce high-quality handmade and sustainable pastel chalks. We are especially focusing on environmental perspectives and use only sustainable materials.

We produce the pastel chalks with lightfast natural earth tones, plant colors, and iron oxides. It is our goal that with our products we can make a difference for each user's experience and creative expression and at the same time take care of the environment.

Chalk Copenhagen is located in the region of Stevns and has UNESCO's World Heritage Stevns Klint as a neighbor. It is in these scenic surroundings and with nature's raw materials that we shape the sustainable pastel chalks.

Manufacture of chalk

Our pastel chalks are handmade from the natural materials extracted from local quarries and non-toxic pigments from the areas of the world where the most beautiful shades occur. We also use local pigments such as the beautiful Danish ochre from Løvskal.

The pastel chalks are sustainable and do not contain plastic binders, preservatives, or other toxic ingredients.
