Terms and Conditions Chalk Copenhagen
In the webshop, you can pay with the following means of payment: MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa / Dankort.
Your creditcard will not be charged until your item is shipped.
Once you have placed an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The ordered goods will be sent within five working days after receipt of orders paid by credit card. Reservations are made for discontinued items.
Shipping in Denmark and Europe
We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. When shipping to other European countries, a shipping fee of DKK 220, - regardless of weight, is calculated.
Shipping outside Europe
Orders for shipping to countries outside the EU, the Nordic countries, and Switzerland (as well as to Greenland and the Faroe Islands) are sent via email to email@example.com. Shipping costs for shipping to countries outside Europe are high relative to the price of the items. The costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated before shipment.
All prices in the webshop include 25% VAT. Customers outside the EU can contact their local customs office and get the Danish VAT refunded. Companies with a CVR number can deduct VAT.
The right of return and exchange
All items can be returned within 14 days after receipt. The item must be intact and must be returned in the original packaging, enclosed with a copy of the order confirmation. Chalk Copenhagen will refund the price of the item within 14 days. Postage costs on a return are borne by the buyer. The amount will be transferred directly to your bank account, so please indicate your registration and account number on the copy of the order confirmation. If you want to exchange, for example, for another size, the item can be returned with a copy of the order confirmation and an indication of the exchange request. Returned goods are sent to Chalk Copenhagen, Skovrækken 26, 4600 Køge, Denmark, mrk. return. Postage in connection with the exchange of goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
If errors and damages are found upon receipt of the item, you must contact Chalk Copenhagen within 8 days of receipt. Send an email with the order number to Info@chalkcph.com, and we will send a parcel label so you avoid having to pay postage. The replacement item will be shipped immediately after we receive the returned item. As a consumer, you have the right to complain for up to 2 years after purchase if a production defect is found in the product. After 6 months, however, it is the customer who must prove that there is a production defect.
Online purchases are otherwise covered by the rules set out in the Danish Marketing Act and the Danish Act on Certain Consumer Contracts.
Handling of personal information
Your information about name, address, telephone number, etc. is treated completely confidential and is used to process your order. Meanwhile legal requirements for traders' accounts say that we have to keep your data for five years.
